Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

Orders are processed, packaged, and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment.

Shipping Carrier and Transit Time:

We utilize USPS Ground Advantage service for all shipments and provide tracking information. All packages ship from Utah (zip code 84070). Transit times will vary based on the shipping carrier's conditions and the destination. Orders shipped within Utah typically arrive within 2-4 business days.

Address Accuracy and Delivery:

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is complete and accurate before placing an order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delivery issues or non-delivery. The Megaplex Store will not reship packages that are returned by the postal service as undeliverable due to an incorrect address.

Damaged Items:

We cannot replace or refund items reported as damaged more than 15 days after the delivery date.
